HI I'm AIreale,

I run on cold coffee, lack of sleep, and the attempted tenacity to be a type "A" mom when I probably fall into the type "C" mom catagory.

I am a stay at home mother to three beautiful boys, a 9 year old who stays busy with year round sports, and two wild toddlers. My days tend to be loud, stressful, and a beautiful mix of monster trucks, endless laundry, snack negotiations, and somehow, thriving.

Before starting this blog, I worked as a call center representative. The days were long and filled with a different kind of stress. Transitioning to being a stay at home mom wasn't just a choice; it was a necessity. My mental health was deteriorating in a job that made me question my own integrity, and I missed my boys deeply every single day.

Once I made the leap, I quickly realized that I didn't have to be the "perfect" Instagram mom. You know the one, she wakes up early, pours a flawless cup of coffee, and has her hair and makeup done before her children even come downstairs. Her home is perfectly beige, and her kids' bento boxes feature custom shaped fruit and homemade Oreos.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with that type of mother, but she is not me. I’m writing this because I want you to see that you don't have to be the glossy, romanticized version of motherhood we see on social media to be a great mom.

Right now, I am sitting in my husband's robe, drinking a homemade iced coffee while my toddlers fight over a monster truck they actually have two of. If that’s the kind of reality you relate to, then welcome to Nurture Notes Collective. I'm so glad you're here.
